Established in April 2025, Mpofu Law Chambers provides high-calibre legal services with a focus on integrity, innovation and client-centred solutions.
Founded by Managing Partner Dudzai Annah Mpofu, our firm combines commercial legal expertise with compassionate family law counsel — all under one roof at our offices at 7 Meredith Drive, Eastlea, Harare.
Our core practice is commercial law and international arbitration: corporate transactions and governance, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and risk management. We also advise individuals and families on divorce and custody, wills and estates, civil claims and employment matters.

Dudzai Annah Mpofu

Dudzai Annah Mpofu is a commercial lawyer, entrepreneur and business development expert known for her strategic acumen in corporate law, risk management and international arbitration. A devoted mother of three, she exemplifies leadership, resilience and excellence in both her professional and personal life.
As Founder and Managing Partner of Mpofu Law Chambers, Dudzai leads a legal practice focused on corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, risk management and regulatory compliance, and business structuring and investment advisory.
She serves as a Board Member of the Standards Development Fund under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Zimbabwe, where she contributes to policy development and industry standards and chairs key sub-committees. An aspiring international arbitrator, she is committed to advancing fair and efficient resolution of cross-border commercial disputes, and is a mentor and advocate for women in leadership.
